Copper free & Lead free Mirror

Production Process: Silver mirror is made through a chemical sedimentation process. A sheet of specially treated silver is coated on quality float glass, followed by a sheet of special metal film instead of copper, and finished with two layers of paint for chemical and physical protection.
Use lead free paint can produce Copper free & lead free high quality mirror.

Application:

High quality mirror for bathroom
rearview mirror and reversing mirror for vehicle

Property : High edge anti-corrosion than normal copper mirror after edge grinding.With lead content less than 0.01% of mirror backing paint, can reach the vehicle mirror quality requirements of Directive 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on end-of-life vehicles”.

Note:

Storage area should be dry and ventilated to prevent from bubbling and changing color after the paint dews;
Far away from heat source and all kinds of chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, fuel, putty, cement, various organic solvents and steam;
Lenses should be placed vertically. Put papers between mirrors;
Do not store outdoor;
